Recruit



RCT, E-0

Description
Personnel who enlist with the 25th ID, are given the rank of Recruit automatically upon the completion of the Application Process, the RCT is then slotted into the Training Battalion and scheduled for Basic Combat Training Training and.
Prerequisites
1) Enlistment into the 25th Infantry Division
Private



PVT, E-1

Description
The rank of Private is given to enlisted upon successful completion of BCT (Green Phase) training.
Prerequisites
1) Graduates from Basic Combat Training also know as Red Phase Training
Private Second Class



PV2, E-2

Description
The first rank with a patch, is given to soldiers who have shown excellence and dedication in the unit and have completed their SOI training.
Prerequisites
1) Graduates from School of Infantry Training also know as Green Phase Training
Private First Class



PFC, E-3

Description
A Private First Class, is a member of the unit who has shown excellence and dedication, the soldiers has also gained experience in combat
Prerequisites
1) Completion of Air Assault Qualification
2) 1 Month Time in Grade as a PV2
3) Have at least attended 3 Main Operational
Specialist



SPC, E-4

Description
Specialist
Prerequisites
1) Graduation from Advanced Individual Training, also knows as Purple Phase
2) Two (2) month TIG as a PFC
3) Specialized in a MOS field
Corporal



CPL, E-4

Description
Corporal, first NCO rank
Prerequisites
1) Two (2) month TIG as a PFC or 1 month TIG as a SPC
2) Graduation from the Warrior Leadership Course (Or Selected to attend it) also know as the Corporal's course
3) Ability to assist Squad Leader
4) Selected as a Fireteam Leader
5) Recommendation from Squad and Platoon leadership
Sergeant



SGT, E-5

Description
Sergeant. Second NCO rank.
Prerequisites
1) 2 Month Time in Grade as a CPL
2) Graduation from the Advanced Leadership Course also knows as the Sergeant's course
3) Shows leadership and command proficiency
3) Ability to conduct Squad training as directed by the Platoon Sergeant
4) Selected as a Squad Leader
5) Recommendation by Squad an Platoon leadership
Staff Sergeant



SSG, E-6

Description
Staff NCO.
Prerequisites
1) Two (2) month TIG as a SGT
2) Demonstrated proficiency as a Squad Leader
3) Shows excellence and dedications in leadership
4) Ability to assist the Platoon Sergeant
5) Recommendation by Platoon Leadership and Command Staff
Sergeant First Class



SFC, E-7

1) Three (3) months TIG as a SSG
2) Demonstrated success as a Platoon Sergeant
3) Ability to assist the First Sergeant
4) Recommendation of Command Staff
