Enlistment Process for the 25th Infantry Division Realism Unit

We welcome all dedicated and motivated individuals who are interested in joining our realism unit. The 25th Infantry Division Realism Unit aims to create an immersive and authentic military simulation experience. Whether you're an experienced player or new to military realism, we have a place for you! Follow the steps below to enlist:

Step 1: Read Our Rules & Expectations

Before you enlist, it's essential to understand the guidelines and expectations of our unit. The 25th Infantry Division Realism Unit operates with high standards of teamwork, discipline, and respect. We expect all members to:

1. Follow unit SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
2. Communicate effectively during operations.
3. Participate regularly in scheduled training and missions.
4. Show respect to fellow members both in-game and in the community.

Step 2: Fill Out the Enlistment Form

To begin the enlistment process, fill out the online enlistment form on our website. This form will ask for basic personal information and gaming experience. Some of the key fields include:

1. Full Name
2. In-Game Name / Call Sign
3. Age (Minimum Age Requirement: 16+)
4. Time Zone
5. Experience with Military Simulation or Tactical Gaming
6. Preferred Role/Position (e.g., Infantry, Medic, Tanker, Pilot, etc.)

After you submit the form, our recruitment officer will review your information and get in touch with you for the next step.

Step 3: Interview & Orientation

After receiving your enlistment form, we will schedule a one-on-one interview with you. The interview will take place via voice chat on our official Teamspeak server. During the interview, we'll discuss:

1. Your motivations for joining the unit.
2. Your prior experience with military simulation games (if any).
3. Your availability and commitment to unit operations and training.

If you're accepted, you'll participate in an orientation session highlighting our expectations.

Step 4: Training & Initial Evaluation

Once you join the unit, you'll undergo an Initial Training Course (ITC) to ensure you're familiar with our standard operating procedures, gameplay mechanics, and communication protocols. Training will include:

1. Basic Combat Skills
2. Unit Tactics and Formation
3. Communication Procedures (Radio use, voice commands, etc.)
4. Use of Unit Equipment (weapons, vehicles, and other gear)

Your performance during training will be evaluated, and you will be assigned a role within the unit based on your skills and preferences.

Step 5: Welcome to the Unit!

After completing your training and receiving approval, you will officially be inducted into the 25th Infantry Division Realism Unit. From here, you’ll begin participating in scheduled operations, training exercises, and events with your new comrades.

As a member, you'll be expected to maintain an active presence, engage in community events, and continue developing your skills as part of the unit.
